WHAT COVID SHOW US? WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WANT! "Unfortunately, I encounter technology more often on missions than at home. Our ridicule at the expense of developing countries is out of place. Unlike us, developing countries are aware of the need to find cheap and effective solutions in order to serve as many patients as possible. Their care is characterized by high mobility. The doctor comes to the patient's home. This is a trend that is appearing all over the world and needs attention. A 21st century doctor is trying to keep care! He acts as a serviceman of a healthy patient. At age 60, a Czech patient receives a handful of drugs and dies at age 80. Everyone wants to be healthy as long as possible. So the essence should be health, not healthcare. Let us not underestimate the patient and support him in taking care of his health. The role of the state should not be protective, but should only set the boundaries. I would support decentralization and access to data. Artificial intelligence shows the incredible possibilities that await us soon.
